About Us

Barry is the co-founder of Park Place Realty Group LLC and Crumrine/Nicholls Team LLC.

The 2012 realtor of the year, Barry Crumrine is a true representative of the real estate profession. Barry graduated from Bentworth High School, at which time he immediately enlisted in the US Army, where he served for 4 years active duty as a recruiter, and then 7 years in the reserves. In addition to his military career, Barry worked at Emerald Mine in Waynesburg, from which he retired after 30 years. He received is Real Estate license in April 2003, and has been closing deals ever since.

Some of Barry’s contributions to our association and the community are as follows: *North Strabane Planning Commission Vice-Chairman (2013 to Present)

*A WGAR board member and executive officer (President 2013) since 2007/WGAR golf committee member for 5+ years

Jamie, co-founder of the Crumrine/Nicholls Team LLC and Park Place Realty Group LLC, graduated from Duquesne University with her Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Biochemistry. She then furthered her education at California University of PA, where she obtained her Master’s of the Arts and Teaching and completed the Administrative Studies program at the University of Pittsburgh. Jamie was a high school Biology teacher prior to becoming a full-time licensed Realtor in 2009. In addition to being a full time real estate professional, she is also actively involved with her local realtor board, serving on the Board of Directors and as Treasurer and Secretary. Jamie is also an instructor with the University of Phoenix Online and currently resides with her family in Scenery Hill, Pennsylvania.
